Overview
Highly collaborative work environment that relies on individuals to captain self-directed projects is hiring a studio steward to manage our studio space through the busy wedding season. Maintaining an organized and tidy workspace directly impacts the experience of both staff and clients.
We are offering a position with flexible hours averaging out to approximately 12 hours/week usually on Tuesday, and Wednesday. The position is as an employee (not an independent contractor). Most work will be performed at our studio in Forest Park, IL (accessible by green & blue lines). Hauling decor up and down stairs is a normal part of the job. Working with flowers and plants is beautiful & fun - but also hard work!
About the Position
After each event, the strike team travels to the venue to take down all floral and rentals. Team member will be trained on eco-friendly strike methods. Must be able to drive and be comfortable with manual labor. It's a lot of lifting & carrying!
