Overview
Highly collaborative work environment that relies on individuals to captain self-directed projects is hiring a studio steward to manage our studio space through the busy wedding season. Maintaining an organized and tidy workspace directly impacts the experience of both staff and clients.
We are offering a position with flexible hours averaging out to approximately 12 hours/week usually on Tuesday, and Wednesday. The position is as an employee (not an independent contractor). Most work will be performed at our studio in Forest Park, IL (accessible by green & blue lines). Hauling decor up and down stairs is a normal part of the job. Working with flowers and plants is beautiful & fun - but also hard work!
About the Position
Responsibilities include:
- Client Experience Management using Google Sheets, Docs, and Spark Email
- Running social media accounts (primarily Instagram)
- Creating client proposals using an Adobe inDesign template
- Collaborating with our branding/marketing team when necessary for special events & holiday pop-ups
- Monthly email marketing via Mail Chimp
Task specific training will be provided for those unfamiliar with eco-friendly floral studios.
