About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Floral Designer to join our weekend wedding event team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized, collaborative environment and has a strong background in wedding floral design. You’ll work on-site at event venues as part of a small, coordinated team to bring floral visions to life with precision and creativity.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of professional wedding floral design experience
Proven experience with personal flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres), centerpieces, and hanging installations
Strong understanding of event timelines and the ability to execute under time constraints
Excellent attention to detail and design consistency
Ability to lift, carry, and work on your feet for extended periods

Requirements:
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to working alongside the EcoWilde setup team and other event vendors
Strong communication skills and professionalism on-site
Availability to work weekends consistently
Commitment to high-quality, sustainable design practices

Responsibilities:
Design and execute wedding florals on-site, including personal flowers, centerpieces, and large-scale installations
Collaborate closely with a team of 2–4 designers and setup crew members
Follow design plans while adapting as needed in real-time
Manage timelines efficiently to ensure all floral elements are completed on schedule
Handle flowers and materials with care to maintain quality and presentation standards
