Event Strike Team Crew Member

Weekends (Part-Time, Late Night)
A warm, respectful workplace is seeking reliable crew members to join our Event Strike Team. We’re looking for individuals who work well independently, communicate proactively, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Requirements:
Must be able to drive
Comfortable with manual labor, including frequent lifting and carrying (it’s physical work)
Able to work independently and communicate effectively
Focus on work in loud, crowded environments
Schedule & Details:
Flexible, part-time hours (approx. 2–6 hours/week)
Late-night shifts between 10 PM–2 AM, typically 1–3 hours
This role includes outdoor work, stairs, and hands-on tasks. Working with flowers and plants is rewarding—but it also requires stamina and attention to detail. A commitment to sustainability is a necessary feature of our strike team members!
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and perform eco-friendly event strike methods (training provided)
Travel to event venues after each event to take down floral installations and rentals
Organize, pack, and transport décor back to the studio
