About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented team member to support both our event setup operations and day-to-day flower shop activities. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, creative environments, and working with plants and floral design.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy items
Driver's License
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of plants and flowers is a plus, but not required
Requirements:
Passion for sustainability and environmentally conscious practices
Availability to work weekends consistently
Comfortable working both indoors (shop) and outdoors (event venues)

Event Setup Crew Duties:
Load and unload décor, floral arrangements, and supplies into company vehicles
Assist with transportation of materials to event venues
Work cooperatively on a team to set up event décor
Ensure all items are handled with care and placed accurately
Maintain organization and cleanliness during event setup and teardown
Flower Shop Assistant Duties:
Greet and assist customers with purchases and inquiries
Help organize displays, inventory, and workspace
Perform general cleaning and upkeep of the shop
Support basic floral prep tasks as needed
